*Job Description:
- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts receivable.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) including entering daily invoices, bills, and bookkeeping.
- Posting daily revenues and producing report.
- Ensure that all vouchers are entered timely into the system.
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and documented.
- Update and follow up all accounts receivable internally and externally.
- Monitor all cash collection from cashier/receptionist and others ensuring all transactions are properly and correctly recorded.
- Conduct daily cash count to make sure cash logbook are properly and accurately recorded without discrepancies.
- Verify all data and generate monthly invoices ensuring accuracy and send to customers in a timely manner.
- Record and reconcile incoming payments in the accounting systems ensuring transactions are accurately recorded.
- Verify OTA bookings, commissions ensuring the revenues and expenses are reconciled.
- Prepare reports on accounts receivable status, aging analysis, and cash flow.
- Assist Tax Consultant in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
*Job Requirement:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as an accountant or in a similar role. Experienced from real estate, hotel, or hospitality industry is a plus.
- Computer literacy: Proficiency in Accounting Software, Microsoft office and Email.
- Language: Good command of English.
