** Job Description
1. Assist in daily operations and administrative tasks within the department
2. Prepare stock reports, documents
3. Support project management initiatives by tracking progress and deadlines
4. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in processes and workflows
5. Perform other duties as assigned by management
** Requirement
1. Bachelor’s degree in administration or equivalent experience.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant software.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
