stock controller's job is to manage a company's inventory levels to ensure that the right amount of stock is available to meet demand. Their responsibilities include:
* Monitoring inventory: Tracking inventory levels and trends to anticipate needs and place orders
* Forecasting supply and demand: Anticipating changes in supply and demand to avoid overstocking or running out of stock
* Placing orders: Ordering stock to replenish inventory levels
* Conducting audits: Performing regular audits to ensure inventory records are accurate and to report discrepancies
* Coordinating with suppliers: Working with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve supply issues
* Maintaining inventory systems: Implementing and maintaining inventory management systems to track and report inventory
* Communicating with customers: Informing customers of issues with their order, such as shortages or delayed shipments
* Entering purchase details: Entering purchase details, such as vendor information, invoices, and pricing, into internal databases
* Tracking shipments: Tracking shipments and addressing any delays
Requirement:
* At least 2 years experience
* Good understanding of supply chain procedures and have good communication skills
* Hard working and good attitude is preferred
