Responsibilities Accounting - Oversee day-to-day operations of invoice/claim payment processing - Liaise with suppliers and other departments on any discrepancies in invoices and other supporting documents - Post transactions in ERP system - Prepare Government report for filing - Assist with month end closing reports and reconciliations - Perform additional duties from time to time as may be assigned by the superior and/or department Head Admin - Prepare workers payroll - Handle office supplies purchasing and inventory - Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of experience in related fields - Degree/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel - Positive working attitude, meticulous with accuracy & efficiency - Able to get along with others and display good team spirit - Able to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
