Job Responsibilities 工作职责::
1. Oversee production management, assign work tasks to production department staff, and develop processes, workflows, production standards, specifications, and production upgrades for the department.
2. Organize and implement garment production, technical processes, lean production transformations, and manage the production department’s progress and scheduling.
3. Lead the review and standardization of production procedures and unit pricing.
4. Address and resolve challenges in large-scale material use and process production methods.
1. 负责生产管理，分配生产部门人员的工作任务，制定并建立生产部门的工作流程、工作程序、生产标准、规范及生产升级方案。
2. 组织实施服装生产及工艺、精益生产转型等相关生产工作，管理生产部门的进度与排程。
3. 主持生产工序及单价的审核与规范化工作。
4. 处理和确认大规模生产中材料和工艺生产的难题及解决方案。
Qualifications 任职资格::
1. College degree or above, with over 5 years of experience in clothing production management or as a production manager.
2. Familiarity with garment production techniques, pattern making, IE (Industrial Engineering), and the sewing production process.
3. Expertise in garment process technology standards, including pattern making, grading, layout, and production.
4. Strong leadership, learning ability, communication skills, stress management, and independent problem-solving capabilities.
1. 大专及以上学历，5年以上服装生产管理或生产经理经验。
2. 熟悉服装生产技术、版型制作、IE（工业工程）及服装（缝制）生产流程。
3. 精通版型制作、放码、排料及生产等服装工艺技术标准要求。
4. 具备优秀的领导力、学习能力、沟通能力、抗压能力以及独立解决问题的能力。
