I. Job Summary: The Assistant HR Officer supports the Human Resources and Administration Department in carrying out various HR functions including recruitment, employee records management, training coordination, and policy implementation. This role ensures compliance with labor laws and company procedures, assists in fostering a productive and supportive work environment, and serves as a liaison between employees and management. II. Key Responsibilities / Duties: • Assist in the recruitment process (screening CVs, scheduling interviews) • Prepare employment documents and contracts • Manage and update employee records and HR databases • Support training programs and employee development activities • Monitor and manage leave requests and attendance records • Assist in preparing various HR-related reports • Communicate with employees and help resolve HR-related issues • Implement HR policies and keep up to date with labor laws • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager III. Required Skills/Abilities/ Education: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Law, Business Administration, or related fields • 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Problem-solving skills and integrity • Knowledge of labor laws and HR principles is a plus
