I. Purpose of the Job: The Butler will serve as a dedicated personal butler for the Wellness Suite, delivering a high level of personalized service to ensure a seamless and luxurious guest experience. This role involves overseeing all aspects of guest needs within the suite—from traditional butler services to arranging wellness activities, in-villa BBQs, private dining, and curated in-suite experiences. The Butler will act as the main point of contact, ensuring comfort, privacy, and impeccable attention to detail throughout the guest's stay. . Provide professional, efficient, and anticipatory butler service tailored for Wellness Suite guest’s preferences. .Handle packing/unpacking, garment care, shoe shining, and room organization .Serve welcome drinks, in-suite refreshments, and coordinate turndown services. .Ensure the Wellness Suite is impeccably maintained at all times .Curate and arrange bespoke guest experiences such as wellness classes, spa treatments, yoga sessions, or nature excursions. .Coordinate in-villa BBQs, private dining, and special celebrations in collaboration with F&B and culinary teams. .Personalize daily itineraries and ensure smooth execution of guest plans .Act as the single point of contact for all guest requests within the suite .Ensure the suite is stocked with wellness amenities, supplies, and personalized touches .Conduct regular inspections to maintain the highest standard of presentation and functionality. .Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure swift and discreet service .Provide a warm welcome and farewell, and maintain a professional, friendly demeanor throughout the guest’s stay Manage guest preferences and special requests, updating guest profiles accordingly Maintain clear communication with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences
