Job Title: Chairman’s Secretary Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia Company: AVIK Cambodia Salary: $700-$1,000 based on experience Job Overview: AVIK Cambodia is looking for a dedicated and highly organized Secretary to support the Chairman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, and providing overall support to ensure the Chairman's daily operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Manage the Chairman’s calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings. Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries. Assist in preparing and reviewing correspondence, emails, and other forms of communication. Attend meetings, take notes, and provide minutes when required. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Chairman. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Perform general administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Proven experience as a Secretary or Executive Assistant. Strong organizational and time management skills. Basic English skills; fluent English is not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle multitasking and prioritize tasks. Preferred: Knowledge of Korean is an advantage and may increase salary. Previous experience working with senior executives is a plus. Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience.
