Job Responsibilities: - Develop high-quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term - Increasing production capacity to meet market demand and customer interested - Interview hiring staff and writing JD for each staff - Check and review staff performance and evaluation their work performance - Create KPI for each job - Sourcing for both potential local and oversea suppliers could provide a good costing for production - Lead and motivate the team to advance employee with developing a high performing managerial team - Oversee all the result of operations and activities are consistent with the overall strategy and mission - Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits and sale growth - Enforce to legal guidelines, confidential information, and internal policies to maintain the company’s legally - Review financial and non-financial reports to find solutions or improvements - Build trust relations with key partners and suppliers and act as a point of contact for important connection - Analyze problematic situations and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth - Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and sportswear industry - Check individual performance by observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed Job Requirements: - At least have 6-years experiences work in Marketing Manager or General manager or work in role related Chief Executive officer. - Graduated bachelor in management skill or other skill related. - Strong Communication skill - Strong Leadership
