Credit Assessment Manager

I. Position Overview Final Auditors are professionals responsible for conducting final audits of all types of business within the company. Through their professional auditing skills and extensive industry experience, they ensure compliance, risk controllability, and business efficiency of the company's business. II. Job Responsibilities Business Final Audit: Conduct final audits on various types of business, including but not limited to loans, contracts, projects, etc., to ensure that the business is in line with the company's policies and legal and regulatory requirements. Review the results of the preliminary review to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the preliminary review. Identify and assess the risks in the business and put forward reasonable risk prevention and control suggestions. Risk monitoring and management: Monitor the business risk situation, identify and report potential risks in a timely manner. Participate in the development and improvement of risk management systems and processes to improve the company's risk management level. Track and investigate risk events, and propose improvement measures and suggestions. Communication and Collaboration: Maintain close communication with preliminary auditors, business departments, legal departments, etc. to ensure the smooth progress of the audit. Coordinate and resolve issues and disputes that arise during the audit process to promote the smooth operation of the business. Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to preliminary auditors to improve their business level and auditing ability. Share industry experience and best practices to promote the continuous improvement of the company's auditing work. Third, the post requirements Educational Background: Bachelor degree or above, preferably in finance, law, economics and other related majors. Work Experience: More than 3 years of work experience in related fields, familiar with business processes and laws and regulations in finance, risk control, contract auditing and other areas. Experience in final auditing or similar positions is a plus. Competency: Possess high sense of responsibility and professional ethics, able to ensure the fairness and accuracy of the audit work. Strong risk awareness and risk identification ability, able to identify and deal with potential risks in a timely manner. Personal qualities: Rigorous and meticulous, attention to detail, able to complete each audit work seriously. Required Skills Specialized knowledge: Familiar with financial, legal, economic and other professional knowledge, able to accurately understand and apply relevant laws, regulations and policies.
