I. Position Overview
Initial Reviewers are key positions in an organization or agency who are responsible for the initial review of various documents, materials or applications to ensure the accuracy, compliance and completeness of information. The position requires solid professional knowledge, keen observation and good communication and coordination skills.
II. Job Responsibilities
Initial review of documents and information:
Responsible for receiving, registering and initially reviewing all types of documents, information or applications to ensure the accuracy and completeness of information.
Check whether the documents and information comply with the prescribed format, standards and requirements.
Propose modifications to documents and information that do not meet the requirements, and return them to the applicant or relevant departments for modification.
Information verification and validation:
Double-check the key information in the documentary information, such as name, date, amount, etc., to ensure that it is correct.
Verify the authenticity and compliance of the documentary information to prevent the inflow of false information.
Communication & Coordination:
Maintain communication with applicants or related departments to answer questions and provide necessary guidance and assistance.
Coordinate and resolve problems and disputes that arise during the initial review to ensure the smooth progress of the audit.
Record and archive:
Record the key information and problems found during the initial review process to provide a basis for subsequent review and decision-making.
File and save the documents passed in the preliminary audit for subsequent reference.
Continuous Improvement:
Based on the problems identified and lessons learned during the initial audit process, make improvement suggestions and recommendations to optimize the audit process and standards.
Participate in training and learning activities to continuously improve your professional knowledge and auditing skills.
III. Posting Requirements
Educational Background:
College degree or above, relevant majors such as law, finance, administration, etc. are preferred.
Work Experience:
At least 1 year of working experience in related field, familiar with the initial review process and standards.
Work experience in preliminary examination or similar position is preferred.
Competency:
Possess solid professional knowledge and theoretical foundation, able to accurately understand and apply auditing standards.
Strong observation and analyzing ability, able to find problems and abnormalities in documentation.
Good communication and coordination skills, able to communicate effectively with applicants or related departments.
Attention to detail, rigorous and conscientious work, strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics.
Personal qualities:
Comply with laws and regulations and company rules and have good professional ethics.
Diligent and hardworking, able to adapt to certain work pressure and challenges.
Required Skills
Professional knowledge: Familiar with laws and regulations, policies and standards in related fields.
Auditing skills: master the methods and skills of preliminary examination, and be able to accurately judge the compliance and authenticity of documents and information.
Office software: Skillful in using various office software and tools to improve work efficiency.
Learning Ability: Ability of continuous learning and self-improvement, able to adapt to the changing work environment and requirements.
