Job description: 1. Under the company's strategic guidance, be responsible for the operation and management of the overall business of the customer service department, team management, construction of the Client Server system, and be responsible for the achievement of the performance goals of the customer service department; 2. Responsible for employee Performance Management and motivation, guiding and supervising the normal development of team members' work and the implementation of business norms, and improving the completion of performance requirements; 3. Responsible for organizing and analyzing various data information of the game, responsible for accumulating users in the game, guiding players to recharge, improving retention and in-app purchase conversion rate, short-term driving player consumption, providing exclusive services to VIP users, and improving player stickiness to the game; 4. By understanding the current user satisfaction with the service response, plan to improve the service direction, and plan the optimization plan that can improve the Customer Satisfaction Score.
Job requirements: 1. Have relevant work experience in the Vietnamese online game industry; 2. Can speak Vietnamese and Chinese, fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing; 3. Do not disturb those who have worked in fine chat and quick kill ; 4. More than one year of experience as a game industry customer service team manager or above, with excellent team building experience, strong team management skills, good at motivating and coordinating team cooperation, and possessing good leadership and cooperative spirit. 5. Have rich knowledge of game customer service management, be familiar with the management process of Client Server system, have strong problem analysis ability, employee basic training ability and high data analysis ability;
