### **Job Summary:**
We are hiring a **Customer Service Representative** to provide exceptional support to our clients, resolve inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with orders, product inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for service improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns efficiently.
- Follow up on customer cases to ensure issues are resolved.
### **Requirements:**
- **1+ year of experience** in customer support, call center, or a related role.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools.
- Fluency in KHMER & ENGLISH.
