Data Scientist (Middle/Senior)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement machine learning models and advanced analytical solutions to support business objectives.
2. Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify trends.
3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
4. Optimize and maintain existing data science models and algorithms.
5. Ensure data quality and integrity through effective preprocessing and feature engineering.
6. Present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
7. Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI technologies.
8. Collaborate with software engineers and data engineers to deploy models into production environments.
Job Requirements:
For Middle Data Scientist:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python or R and experience with data science libraries such as pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Experience with SQL and working with large datasets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business problems into data science solutions.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
- Understanding of statistical concepts and predictive modeling techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
For Senior Data Scientist:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.
- Deep knowledge of advanced machine learning techniques, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
- Proven experience in deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong expertise in Python, R, and relevant ML libraries.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for data science applications.
- Strong knowledge of MLOps, model monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership experience in guiding junior data scientists and leading data science projects.
