KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Monitoring for all IT Network equipment and infrastructure in Cambodia AirAsia office and branches
-Network connection provides support with 2nd and 3rd Tier to end users.
Setup, Install and Maintain network equipment
-Incident & Problem Mgmt. and Service Request Support- Services and support for Network infrastructure or related equipment.
-Coordinate and support in networking devices, management, setup, install in any project from Group ICT strategy.
-Leading or coordinating IT projects, such as system upgrades, software implementations, or network expansions
-Managing the IT department's budget, including planning for purchases of hardware, software, and other resources
-Handling relationships with third-party vendors for IT services and equipment, ensuring contracts are followed and services are delivered as promised
-Ensuring that the organization's IT operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and reporting on IT performance metrics
-Ensuring the security of the organization's IT systems by implementing and maintaining security protocols, firewalls, and data protection measures
QUALIFICATIONS
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field
-3 years of experience in IT networking or a related field
-Strong skills in network infrastructure and security
-Good problem-solving abilities
-Interest in network infrastructure technology
-Fluent in Khmer with good English skills
-Awareness of security and safety
