Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive audience engagement. • Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.). • Oversee and enhance the company’s digital presence, ensuring a strong online brand identity. • Track, analyze, and report digital marketing performance, making data-driven recommendations. 2. Social Media & Content Management • Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube). • Create engaging and viral content to maximize audience engagement. • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and artists to produce compelling marketing materials. • Develop content calendars and monitor social media trends to keep campaigns relevant. 3. Music Streaming & SEO Optimization • Optimize artist and company presence on music streaming platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Music. • Implement SEO strategies to enhance discoverability of artists, websites, and digital content. • Leverage digital tools and trends to maximize organic reach and audience retention. 4. Audience Engagement & Community Building • Engage with fans through interactive content, social media responses, and online community-building efforts. • Utilize email marketing and fan engagement strategies to maintain audience interest. • Monitor and analyze audience behavior to refine marketing strategies. 5. Industry Trends & Innovation • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and audience preferences. • Experiment with new tools, features, and creative marketing techniques. • Implement innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the music and entertainment industry. 6. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination • Work closely with artists, managers, designers, and content teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies. • Coordinate with PR and event teams for artist promotions, launches, and concerts. • Manage relationships with digital advertising platforms, agencies, and marketing partners. 7. General Responsibilities • Ensure all digital marketing activities align with brand guidelines and business objectives. • Manage digital marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI. • Any other work assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: Master or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing, with at least 1 in a supervisory role. • Strong expertise in social media marketing, SEO, and paid digital advertising. • Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). • Knowledge of music streaming platforms and industry best practices for digital music promotion. • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms. • Excellent communication, creativity, and audience engagement skills. • Passion for music and a deep understanding of digital trends in the entertainment industry.
