Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and revenue. Oversee and guide the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals. Lead, mentor, and supervise the marketing team, providing strategic direction and support. Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives and ensure continuous improvement. 2. Campaign Management & Performance Analysis Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of digital and traditional marketing campaigns. Analyze market trends, campaign performance, and customer insights to optimize marketing efforts. Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently for maximum ROI. Track, measure, and report on marketing metrics to senior leadership. 3. Content, Branding & Digital Marketing Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and marketing materials. Oversee content creation for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads. Supervise SEO, SEM, and paid advertising strategies (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). Identify opportunities to enhance digital presence and engagement. 4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis Conduct and oversee market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and positioning. Stay updated on emerging marketing technologies and trends. 5. Customer Engagement & Lead Generation Develop strategies to generate leads and enhance customer acquisition. Oversee CRM, email marketing campaigns, and customer engagement strategies. Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts support business growth. 6. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination Work with internal departments (Sales, Product, HR, etc.) to ensure marketing strategies support overall business objectives. Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to enhance marketing effectiveness. Assist in event planning, sponsorships, and public relations initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Education: Master or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. • Experience: 3+ years in marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. • Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations. • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Experience managing marketing budgets and resources.
