Our company is looking for an E-commerce and Digital Marketing Officer.
Job description:
E-commerce and digital marketing officers are responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Marketing strategy: Creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and improve customer engagement
- Online marketing: Overseeing all aspects of online marketing, such as SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and social media
- Customer behavior: Analyzing customer behavior and identifying trends
Data-driven decisions: Making decisions based on data
- Online sales analysis: Providing online sales analysis and preparing sales and traffic reports
- Content and product listings: Ensuring that all information available online is current and up-to-date
- Customer journey: Optimizing the customer journey to meet customer expectations
- Revenue: Maximizing revenue across the site
- Marketing activities: Driving site visits from new audiences and existing customers
Collaboration: Working closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure marketplace strategies align with overall business goals
