Job Responsibilities
1.Support full event execution process including preparation, on-site setup, and post-event review.
2.Design event space layouts and produce 3D renderings (e.g. stage, booths, floor plans).
3.Create immersive brand experiences such as interactive zones and creative displays.
4.Design event materials and multimedia content, including posters, backdrops, and promo videos.
5.Coordinate with vendors (e.g. builders, lighting, AV) to ensure smooth on-site execution.
Job Requirements
1.Bachelorβs degree or above in Design, Architecture, Visual Arts, or related fields preferred.
2.2+ years of experience in 3D spatial or event visual design.
3.Proficient in 3D modeling and rendering tools such as Blender, KeyShot, or V-Ray.
4.Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
5.Strong creativity, teamwork, and execution skills.
6.Basic photography or video editing skills are a plus.
