Overall Purpose of the Role: General Manager will include allocating budget resources, formulating policies, coordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating staff, managing operational costs, ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes in GGear Pronith.
1.Job Duties
o Plan, coordinate and manage all business operations to achieve corporate goals.
o Develop and implement business plan for profitability.
o Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.
o Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing program and recommend improvements.
o Develop strategies to improve overall quality and productivity.
o Generate business, cost and employee reports to management.
o Schedule regular team meeting to discuss about business updates, issues and recommendations.
o Respond to employee concerns in timely manner.
o Provide direction and guidance to employees in their assigned job duties.
o Determine staffing requirements and ensure that office positions are filled promptly.
o Manage orientation and exit interview for employee.
o Ensure that employees follow company policies and procedure.
o Manage administrative, logistical, human resources, and accounting services to support company operations.
o Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally and customer satisfaction.
o Identify business opportunities with new and existing customers.
2.Job Requirement
1.1. Qualifications/Skills
o Creating & implementing a sales plan.
o Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress and analyzing sales data.
o Presentation skills, strong communication skills, management and leadership skills
o Developing budgets and mentoring and coaching sales reps
1.2. Education & Experiences Requirements
o Master Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or related field
o 4-year experiences in General Manager position, Director level or similar position
o 3-5 years of sales experiences
o Proven track record of positive sales performance
