Discription • Implement items problem, keep writing book and update to senior • you have to count cash floot every you change shift to someone or end of report. To do report cash float correctly • keep hygiene cleaning all shelf and counter cleaning every day • To count monthly count stock on time, make sure that all items are correctly • daily count stock, count stock has sold from yesterday • To keep play music, make sure the sound suitable valums, keep update music by seasoning • Count expire every monthy, update report expire to senior every month on time, count before 6,5,3 month visa condition contract • Understand and know all products that have in store, you have to go out side to survey products price competitor • if you see Item can't sale or slow sale please report to senior, and you can propose to senior to make promotion and move to display at the area promotion • you have to repect customer, customer welcome, support customer how to use product (Product knowledge), keep take a look customer from the far • Understand FIFO, you have to know first in and first out. Pay attention expire of the each products, Ensure that the short expire is in the front and long is in behind • Receiving stock efficiency, Ensure received follow SOP's Daily gourmet by natura store • Report all items are problems, follow SOP's Daily gourmet by natura store • Verify customer again about Quantity and cash payment • check products on shelf, face up, tidy and neat, Full Fill, • Update product fast move in the area promotion, ensure that area cabinet keep full fill , especially area promotion must be fulfill • All price card and promotion signet must to be corretly with system, and update on time • Inform to line management of anything that has impact in the store • Ac-hoc tasks, Urgent tasks and support tasks will assign by line manager
