Job Summary: Worldbridge Group is a dynamic multi-industry conglomerate, operating across logistics, real estate, fintech, e-commerce, and more. We are seeking a strategic HR leader to drive our HR transformation, talent development, and digital learning initiatives across all subsidiaries. Key Responsibilities: - Develop & execute HR strategy aligned with Worldbridge Group’s business expansion. - Oversee corporate-wide Learning & Development (L&D) programs to up skill employees. - Implement AI-powered workforce analytics, digital learning platforms, and LMS. - Lead succession planning & leadership development across subsidiaries. - Align performance management systems (PMS) with career progression & L&D. - Drive change management, culture transformation, and employee engagement.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s/Master’s in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field. - Certifications in HR Strategy, Learning & Development, or Talent Management (SHRM, CIPD, ATD, HCI) are a plus. - 10+ years in HR leadership roles, preferably at a Group/Corporate level. - Expertise in multi-industry HR strategy, workforce planning, and digital transformation. - Strong background in competency frameworks, leadership development, and AI-powered HR solutions. - Strategic HR Leadership – Align HR with Worldbridge’s business objectives. - Corporate Learning & Talent Development – Scale L&D across diverse industries. - HR Digitization & AI Adoption – Experience in AI-driven HR tools, LMS, and e-learning. - Change Management & Business Partnering – Strong collaboration with C-suite & BU Heads. - HR Analytics & ROI Measurement – Data-driven approach to track L&D effectiveness.
