Key Accountabilities: • To recruit, hire, train and oversee a team of sales both short-term and long-term rental service • To establish sales opportunities through networking, building, relationships, conducting outdoor activities • To set sales goals, develop, implement sales strategies, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed those quotas through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients. • To coach all Salespeople on the best practices for closing more rental deals, provide advice, guidance to improve sales performance and evaluate sales activities • To forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters • To step in to answer customer questions and issues when required • To coordinate and lead all regulate sales meetings with sales staff • To build corporate database and be responsible for lead generation and deal closure with necessary documentation. • To identify improvements or new requirements by remaining updated with on industry trends, competitor activities & offerings • To create plan or event for making business partnership • To control and manage Customer, Reservations, Agreement and Report module of Naveta system • To maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers • To identify potential opportunities to accelerate business volume • To support team to resolve customer complaint by correctly and timing • To the estimate car purchasing to inform related department. Requirement • Bachelor’s degree/Master in Marketing or related field. • Hard-working spirit, active working attitude, can bear sales target pressure and fulfill the target. • Good presentation skills to present in front of large audience. • Ability for structured & analytic approach to analyze status, propose measures, implement and follow-up. • Detail-oriented, precise mindset, commercial and business awareness. • Able to use and knowledge of Microsoft Office. • Ability to manage multiple projects. • Able to communicate in English. • At least 5 years experienced in Sales, Marketing or similar positions Working day 8AM-5PM (Mon-Fri) Benefit - Competitive Salary - Incentive (For Sales Department) - Seniority Payment - Mission fee - Public Holiday - Annual Leave 18 Days - Maternity Leave , Special Leave , Sick Leave - Yearly Salary Incremental - 13th Month Salary - Insurance Accident & Health - NSSF - Training hard/soft skills
