Job Description HR & Admin Officer Job Scope • To ensure the Key roles of HR and Admin work smoothly and efficiency following Cambodia regulation and company policy. • To provide overall HR and Admin control and reporting function Job Responsibilities • Manage and oversee all aspects of HR Functions • Responsible for Payroll related tasks • Recruiting, Interview and Selecting process • Develop training and onboarding material • Organize and maintain personnel and updating internal databases (e.g. record annual leave and unpaid personal leave) • Prepare HR document, like employment contracts and new hire guide. • Revise company policies. • Answer employee’s queries about HR-related issues • Manage the office equipment saving energy • Maintaining and enjoyable working environment • Create regular reports and presentation on HR metrics(e.g. turnover rates) • Purchasing office supply, equipment and others • Other job will be assigned from time to time Job requirement • Bachelor’s degree in management or law field • Two year experience in HR & Admin Functions. • Strong negotiation skills and problem solving • Ability to work under pressure • Be honest, hight commitment, and flexible • Fluent in English, both oral and written • Excellent presentation skills
