Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Responsibilities: Support the recruitment process: posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires. Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical). Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely submission of timesheets and attendance records. Support performance management processes and employee evaluations. Handle routine HR queries and resolve employee grievances in collaboration with HR Manager. Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. Organize training and development initiatives. Support the coordination of employee engagement and wellness activities. Administrative Responsibilities: Manage office supplies and inventory; place orders as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe office environment. Coordinate company travel, meetings, and events logistics. Supervise office maintenance, vendor management, and utility services. Support in maintaining documentation, filing systems, and company archives. Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ years of experience in a similar HR or administrative role. Familiarity with labor laws and HR practices. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
