**Responsibility:
·Maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
·Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
·Optimizing inventory levels to minimize carrying costs.
.Ensuring timely stock replenishment to meet operational needs.
**Tasks
1.Inventory Management
•Make inventory list and ensure accurate records.
•Conduct routine stock counts (physical and system-based).
•Identify and report stock discrepancies.
2.Stock Control
•Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
3.Documentation and Reporting
•Maintain detailed inventory records in a database or system.
•Generate regular inventory status reports for management.
4.Coordination
•Coordinate with suppliers, procurement teams, and warehouse staff.
5.Auditing
•Participate in internal and external inventory audits.
6.Loss Prevention
•Implement procedures to prevent damage, or loss of inventory.
•Investigate any inventory discrepancies or irregularities.
