Position: IT & Production Planning Officer
Department: Production
Salary: 400$-600$/Mth Plus 50$/Mth Allowance
Date required: ASAP
Report to: Mengse Oueng
Manager/Sup: Operation Manager
Responsibilities:
• Planning and prioritizing production to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
• Monitoring jobs to ensure they finish on time and follow the schedule.
• Addressing issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and inventory targets.
• Organizing material requirement planning to match with production schedule.
• Monitor production progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve BOM or pick list issues.
• Facilitate communication between production teams and management.
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings to discuss production goals and strategies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Computer Scient, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge on data analysis.
• 2-5 years experiences in production planning.
