Job Title: IT Officer Industry: Real Estate Location: TUOL SVAYPREY, BOEUNG KENGKANG, PHNOM PENH Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: KY Development is seeking a proactive and skilled IT Officer to support and manage the company's technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT operations, provide tech support, and implement system improvements for our growing real estate business. The IT Officer will collaborate with various teams, including sales, property management, and administration, to optimize technology use and contribute to company-wide success. Key Responsibilities: * IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee, maintain, and troubleshoot company servers, networks, and computer systems. * Software and Hardware Support: Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. * System Security: Ensure the company’s IT systems are secure, regularly updated, and protected from external threats such as viruses, malware, and cyber-attacks. * Data Management: Manage data backup systems, implement recovery procedures, and ensure data integrity and confidentiality. * Network Support: Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity, internet access, and remote access solutions for employees. * Help Desk Support: Provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and assist with IT-related inquiries. * System Upgrades: Research, recommend, and implement system upgrades and new technologies to improve efficiency. * Collaboration Tools: Support the use and maintenance of real estate-related software, CRM systems, and collaboration tools. * Vendor Management: Coordinate with external IT vendors for procurement, repair, and technical support services. * Documentation: Maintain records of IT infrastructure, incidents, changes, and system configurations. Qualifications: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. * Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support, preferably within the real estate industry or a similar field. Technical Skills: -Strong understanding of network management, server management, and IT infrastructure. -Familiarity with real estate-specific software (e.g., property management systems) is a plus. -Experience in data security, disaster recovery, and backup solutions. -Proficiency with hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Soft Skills: - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
