Job Profile Responsible for developing and driving the execution of the brand activation plans and HoReCa execution that will reach brand health indicators objectives and channel strategy. Activation & HoReCa Supervisor, who report to Brand Planning Manager, manage activation team and work closely with HoReCa outlet’s owner. The role holder will focus on consumer and generate more demand. Principal Accountabilities 1. Full understanding of brand platform and brand funnel 2. Develop HoReCa / activation plan and execution with relevant KPIs to track performance. 3. Responsible to guarantee brand execution in line with brand guidelines 4. With the support of I&I and Brand planning set up HoReCa census to identify key consumer targets by venue. 5. Responsible to train brand ambassador and organize brand academy. 6. Execute and track operational plan being agile in adapting as required aiming for executional excellence. 7. Full understanding of local tobacco regulation. 8. Full understanding of brand platform and brand strategy and brand funnel. 9. Co-responsible with Brand Planning to improve brand health indicators and deliver channel strategy. 10. Responsible to set up a set of KPIs to ensure business tracking. 11. Accountable to be 40% in the field. 12. Leverage current market knowledge and network to accelerate company and brand presence in HORECA channel. 13. Develop business and maintain relationship with HORECA outlets identified by classification. 14. Ensure high visibility within the HORECA Channel via customer acquisition and POSM placements in the predefined target group. 15. Responsible for the POSM stock management and control 16. Supervise consumer activation, result analysis, and recommendation. 17. Provide feedback to brand manager and able to detect market dynamics and manage channel diversity. 18. Collect information of customers and competing brands and identify business potential. 19. Lead and supervise BA with HORECA 1-2-1 consumer activation. 20. Coordinate with Sales team to ensure distribution and availability in HORECA outlets. 21. Acquisition of new HORECA outlets in the appropriate target group 22. Responsible to manage the budget and administration. Critical Decisions o Input into execute to HoReCa outlets. Key Capabilities o Develop HoReCa / activation Coverage Plan by Region. o Develop business and maintain relationship with HORECA outlets. o Acquisition of new HORECA outlets in the appropriate target group. o Be able to propose the strategy and lead strong team for execution Education, Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Essential o The jobholder requires a business degree or equivalent academic qualification. o Minimum 3-year experience in similar role in FMCG Company with a broad experience of consumer insight and consumer activation in HORECA o Experience of working in Event agent or having connection with Club/Bar is a plus. o Strong Commitment with professional mindset o Fast respond with action o Be able to propose the strategy and lead for execution. o Strong time management and organizational skills o Challenging and outgoing - Strong in interpersonal skill and rapport building skills. o Adaptability and flexibility o Be able to work under pressure. o Strong communication English and Khmer, creative thinking skill o Be able to travel (province) o Be able to work at nighttime or weekend. o Team support is a must
