Job Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee daily marketing operations. 2. Develop a marketing strategic plan, lead advertising, and promote existing brands to increase brand awareness and visibility. 3. Lead in the advertising, promotions, and pricing strategies to create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry. 4. Represent the company's brand and drive strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends. 5. Promote the company's existing brands and introduce new products to the market. 6. Develop and implement branding activities to increase brand awareness, brand visibility, and sales volume. Job Requirement: - A bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or related fields. - At least 5 years of experience in marketing and sales from FMCG and Farm. - Experience in management may be advantageous. - Good understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing. - Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills. - Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills.
