Job Title: Marketing Supervisor Report to: General Manager Salary: 500$ - 700$ Job Location: Head Office – Fields in Phnom Penh. Working day: Monday to Friday and Saturday Morning Working Hour: 8am to 5pm / 8am to 12pm on Saturday Employment status: Permanent Role • Lead and manage Sale & Marketing strategies. • Planning and organizing marketing efforts to help grow sale business and brand. • Supervising the marketing team’s collaboration to create Marketing and Sale messages • Supervises the development marketing program and materials such as advertising, events and online Sale Promotion. • Organize tasks to align diverse marketing efforts and activities with the Company objectives. • Recognizing growing markets and market changes to stay on top of the competition. Qualiﬁcations • Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Sale & Marketing, Communication, Advertising or related field is preferable. • Good command of spoken and written Khmer and English, Chinese is advance. • Have at least 3-years experiences in coordinating project and people in Marketing or Sale. • Experience in working with customer relationship management (CRM) Solution is preferable. • Strong understanding of Business and Industry. • Demonstrated ability to manage marketing processes from start to finish. • Outstanding people management, Communication, Training, Computer and Technical skills. • Ability to attend occasional events including webinars, trade shows and fairs.
