Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor (700 USD) Roles and Responsibilities: - Take off quantities from drawings and calculation - Supporting sourcing price list and sourcing sub-contractor - Assist in preparing tender documents, comparisons, and conducting the cost assessment - Prepare contracting cost and time estimation - Prepare subcontractor list (monthly report) Job Requirements: - Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering - Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field (QS background is an advantage) - Proficient with Microsoft office (word, excel, power point, & project), AutoCAD, Sketchup - Capable of managing and working on several project in different stages
