Key Responsibilities:
•Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
•Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
•Help prepare monthly financial statements and reports by gathering and analyzing data.
•Maintain organized and precise financial records and documentation for audits.
•Assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenses.
•Collaborate with senior accountants to identify and implement improvements in accounting processes.
•Respond to inquiries from management and clients regarding financial transactions and reports.
•Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
•Previous experience or internships in accounting or finance is a plus, but not required.
•Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Excel) is preferred.
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
•Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
