Responsibilities -Training Needs Assessment - Developing Training Programs: -Managing Training Delivery: -Tracking and Measuring Effectiveness -Career Development and Succession Planning -Budget Management -Compliance and Certification -Reporting and Communication Job Requirement: • Ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, and external vendors. • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, manage schedules for training programs, and ensure that programs are delivered on time. • Ability to assess the effectiveness of training programs, interpret data, and make recommendations based on results. • Capability to identify learning gaps or performance issues and design solutions that address them efficiently. • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and other digital tools used in the development and delivery of training programs. • Strong skills in managing the logistics of training programs, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating resources. Educational Background: • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is often preferred. • Experience in human resources or training roles, with a demonstrated ability to design and implement effective training programs Working days Mon-Fri 8am-5pm Benefit - Competitive Salary - Incentive - Seniority Payment - Mission fee - Public Holiday - Annual Leave 18 Days - Maternity Leave , Special Leave , Sick Leave - Yearly Salary Incremental - 13th Month Salary - Insurance Accident & Health - NSSF - Training hard/soft skills
