We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Accountant and Logistics. Job Summary: The Logistics and Public Relations is responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective movement of goods and materials while also managing the company’s public image and communications strategy. This role requires a dynamic individual who can balance the logistical needs of the organization with the demands of maintaining strong relationships with the public, media, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the entire supply chain process, including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution of goods. • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. • Coordinate transportation schedules and routes, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products. • Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support the company’s overall goals. • Ensure all logistics operations comply with local, national, and international regulations and standards. • Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. • Create and implement a comprehensive public relations and communications strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives. • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and community leaders. • Oversee the company’s social media presence, ensuring it reflects the brand’s values and engages the target audience. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistic and public relationship. • Strong knowledge of management principles and practices. • Proficiency in accounting software MS Office Suite. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
