We are currently hiring a Marketing Manager.
Job Description:
The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and drive sales of cosmetic products. Responsibilities include managing campaigns, product launches, digital marketing, market research, and collaborating with sales and product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and run marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Manage digital marketing channels and influencer partnerships.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding.
- Track marketing performance and ROI.
- Lead and support the marketing team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- 3-5 years marketing experience, ideally in cosmetics or beauty.
- Strong skills in digital marketing and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of cosmetic industry trends and regulations.
