Position: Mechanical & Electrical Engineer (MEP Engineer)
Fluent in English
Job Responsibilities:
Design and implement mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems
Develop fire protection, automation, energy, and sustainable building designs
Prepare preliminary design concepts based on requirements
Produce bills of quantities for labor, materials, and equipment
Review subcontractor drawings against MEP specifications
Manage and oversee project execution
Attend site progress and technical meetings
Monitor and control MEP subcontractors’ work
Validate design issues and propose alternative solutions
Assist with MEP change orders, testing, and commissioning.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in MEP Engineering (HVAC, Electrical, Sanitary & Plumbing)
Familiarity with construction plans, specifications, and schematics
Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry
Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and related software
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
Team player with a collaborative mindset
Proficient in English.
Working Hours: 09:00 – 18:00 (Monday – Saturday)
Salary: $800 - $1,500
Location: Olympic, Phnom Penh.
