* As a Senior draftsman preparing drawings for submission, construction, and the revised drawings and supporting team.
- Drawing for submission to client and Quantities take off.
- As-built drawing for completion project.
- AC Plant Stock Materials calculation.
- Cooperate with the surveyor (taking existing data and setting out)
- Cooperate with the site manager to order construction materials and provide detailed drawings.
- Cooperate with clients, main contractors, and joint venture companies for each project.
- Coordinate and share drawing information with the team.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture
- At least 4 years of working experience
- Capable to communicate in English
- Computer skill (Auto Cad 2D, Land Development, Civil 3D, Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet & Email)
- Accuracy, Time management, Organization and efficiency, and Communication
