1.For customer orders, after reviewing the order according to the contract review requirements, it will be communicated to the relevant departments, tracking the review results, and coordinating with the customer for abnormal orders. 2. According to the feedback information from the production department, master the production progress, lack of materials, quality problems and other abnormal situations, and coordinate and deal with them in time. 3. Issue sample notifications and arrange production according to the sample delivery control process, track the progress of samples and confirm the results of customers. Arrange for sample delivery and customer contact related matters. 4. Deal with order changes and customer requirements in a timely manner, and notify relevant departments. 5. Statistics of customer credit, customer orders, and document distribution Panyu statistics, and preservation. Arrangement and filing of customer quotations and quotation data. 6. Responsible for customer complaint registration, preliminary processing, information transmission and tracking of processing results. 7. Communicate with customers frequently, maintain good relationship, and strive for customer orders. 8. Conduct survey and summary analysis on customer satisfaction according to customer satisfaction measurement procedures. 9. Complete other tasks assigned by the manager of Panyu Sales Department in a timely manner.
