- Oversee field operations and provide necessary support and improvement actions of business. - Regularly observe relevant external factors impacting business operations for necessary proactive response and practical strategy development. - Ensure policies and procedures are applied consistently and uniformly across all departments. - Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures - Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and service providing in each department. - Collaborate with the Sales department, Accountant department, Marketing department, and warehouse department in the development and delivery of strategic project. - Managing day-to-day operational performance. - Proactively manage all aspects of financial measurement, including budget and inventory control. - Plan and monitor the daily activity of each department to ensure smooth progress. - Acts as delegate of the executive, when requested, to manage the organization’s departments - Support sales and marketing department to monitor business operations - Interact with other departments in managing the entire operations and develop an inventory control management system - Oversight the quality of plan and manage budget operation plans, prepare and supervise all financial documents - Evaluate and prepare reports for authorization - Development of strategic plans and operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans. >> Budget 1.2k (Share net profit)
