Project Manager (Urgent)

Job Summary: The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various décor and architecture projects. This role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources. Lead project execution and ensure adherence to plans. Identify and mitigate project risks. Ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications. Serve as primary client contact and facilitate stakeholder communication. Prepare and manage project budgets. Maintain project documentation and provide status reports. Lead and mentor project teams. REQUIREMENT Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. PMP or equivalent certification preferred. Experience: Minimum 5 years in project management within architecture/interior design. Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software. Understanding of construction methods and regulations. Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects. Commitment to quality and excellence.
