Milky Way School was established in 2008. And there are currently more than 50 campuses located in Phnom Penh City and Kandal Province. We are a professional education service provider in both Khmer and English languages from kindergarten to advanced level.
Now we are looking for potential candidates for the position as the following is very urgent.
- Quality Control Supervisor, Environment & Services (1 position)
- Closing Date: March 13, 2025
Job Requirements
• Graduated bachelor's degree in English Education is preferable
• Good at Khmer and English (Writing, Speaking, Listening, and Reading)
• Good at Ms. Word & Excel, PowerPoint, and the Internet
• High responsibility and good at communication skills
• Experience in related field
• Knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and systems
Responsibilities
• Inspecting school facilities to ensure they are safe, clean, and conducive to learning, monitoring environmental conditions such as temperature, lighting, and ventilation, and ensuring that safety standards are in place and followed.
• Inspecting school services are acceptable and effective and monitoring student satisfaction with support services.
• Inspecting food preparation areas, ensuring that food safety standards are met, monitoring the quality and nutritional value of meals served, and coordinating with food service providers to address any concerns.
• Inspecting school buses and other transportation vehicles, ensuring that transportation safety protocols are followed, monitoring the transportation of students to and from school, and coordinating with transportation providers to address any concerns.
• Identify clearly the wrong standards found at inspected branch and make a full report comparing to the right standard.
• Correct and conduct a follow-up inspection to make sure all wrong standards have been corrected and follow our standards.
Working Conditions and Benefits
- Working day: Monday to Friday
- Working time: 8:00 am- 5:30 pm (Break one Hour Lunch Time)
- Salary: Negotiate
- Holidays follow the Ministry of Labor
- Annual Leave: 18 Days
- Sick Leave: 6 Days
- Special Leave 7 Days
- NSSF Insurance
- Scholarship for children and relative
