Milky Way School was established in 2008. And there are currently more than 50 campuses located in Phnom Penh City and Kandal Province. We are a professional education service provider in both Khmer and English languages from kindergarten to advanced level.
Now we are looking for potential candidates for the position as the following is very urgent.
- Research & Development Supervisor (1 position)
- Closing Date: February 28, 2025
Job Requirements
• Male/Female
• At least a fourth-year university student
• Good at English and Khmer language
• Good at Ms. Word & Excel, Google Forms, SPSS & NVivo
• Good at communication with people
• Humble, intelligent, creative and aggressive to complete tasks
Responsibilities
• Prepare measurement tools for data collection
• Organize primary and secondary data collection
• Clean, code and analyze data found
• Interpret the result and give recommendations
• Create research reports, manage and maintain documents
• Lead meetings and share sessions with relevant people
• Assist other assigned tasks by the superior
Working Conditions and Benefits
- Working day: Monday to Friday
- Working time: 8:00 am- 5:30 pm (Break one Hour Lunch Time)
- Salary: Negotiate
- Holidays follow the Ministry of Labor
- Annual Leave: 18 Days
- Sick Leave: 6 Days
- Special Leave 7 Days
- NSSF Insurance
- Scholarship for children and relative
