Job Description (JD):
Sales Executives are responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out to them, and selling the company’s products or services. They play a crucial role in driving revenue and building relationships with customers.
Job Requirements (JR):
1. Education: a bachelor degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business is a plus.
2. 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required (entry-level positions are often available in startups).
3. Experience in the industry or product line is advantageous but not mandatory.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
6. Strong customer service orientation.
7. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM software is preferred.
8. Ability to learn about the company’s products and services quickly.
9. Outgoing, confident, and comfortable with face-to-face sales.
10. Results-driven and eager to meet or exceed sales targets.
11. Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
12. Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
Working time condition:
-8am-12pm 1pm-5pm
-Mon-Sat (Half)
Benefit: Public Holiday base on labor law, 18AL in Second year of working (Company’s policy), Commission (will prepare later)
