Role Description We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Specialist to join our team in Phnom Penh. The primary responsibility of the ideal candidate will be to develop and implement our social media strategy. This strategy aims to increase our brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive property inquiries through various social media platforms. Qualifications * Fluent in Khmer and English; Chinese language skills are a plus * 1-2 years of experience in social media management * Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok) * Excellent content creation and copywriting skills * Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools * Understanding the real estate industry is a plus * Strong organizational and time management skills * Creative mindset with attention to detail * Experience with social media management tools * Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools and familiarity with photo and video editing software.
