We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic School Sales Representative to join our team. This role is essential in promoting our educational programs and attracting prospective students. Key Responsibilities: Prospect Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential students through various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and in-person events. Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations and informational sessions to showcase our school’s programs, culture, and benefits to prospective students and their families. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with students, parents, and local community organizations to enhance recruitment efforts. Follow-Up: Manage follow-up communications with leads to answer questions and encourage enrollment. Event Participation: Assist in planning and participating in recruitment events, school fairs, open houses, and community outreach initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education, Business, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in sales, marketing, or recruitment, particularly in an educational setting, is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
