1. Key Position Information:
Job Title: Senior Accountant
Role: Reporting to the Manager Finance Department. The senior accountant is to assist Company in fulfilling their mission of working for the company mission. Senior accountant often specialize in particular areas of practice, including audit, management consultancy, recovery, forensic accountancy, taxation, assurance, and corporate finance.
2. Reporting Structure / Relationships:
The accountant officer works closely with and reports to the Financial Manager.
The accountant officer keeps good relationship in internal and external work.
3. Major Responsibilities of job
Manage accounting functions including maintenance of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and project accounting; ensures accuracy and timeliness.
Manages monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information; ensures accuracy of financial statements.
Prepare Monthly financial report.
Review bank reconciliation and cash count monthly.
Check and approve in the U8 system after the account key in the system.
Timely update the contract details tables.
Prepare monthly and annual tax declaration by E-filling to GDT.
Monthly check the balance with the related party.
Assist in independent audit work and tax audit work.
Other tasks assigned by manager.

4. Position Requirement

• Computer software skills as: Yongyou, K3, Quickbook, Microsoft…
• Chinese and English are good in writing and speaking.
• At least holding 3 years of experience in an accounting or finance environment.
