KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Exterior and interior design • Auto Cad, 3D Sketchup, Sketchup V-ray, D5, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop • Shop-drawing details • Know how to research and find new models for design development both inside and outside the country • Research construction materials, both domestic and foreign, to develop a more attractive and modern design • Understand the fashion of both Classic, Neo classic and modern • Strong creatively Concept • Improving image quality and adding creative features • Design a design project for presentation to clients. • Qualified • Other work as assigned by the manager • High priority for high creativity JOB QUALIFICATION: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture - At least 3 years’ experience in the role - Must have clear skills and good experience in using design software Excellent data collection and analysis skill - Excellent problem solving, analytical, interpersonal, strong communication skills and leadership skills - A clear understanding of building regulations and legal guidelines.
