Description
- Deliver a high-level customer service to active and potential customers of the company - Monitor and report customer inquiries and complaints to the sales supervisor/manager - Maintain accurate and organized customer profiles - Use a variety of skills, including negotiation, consultation, communication (both oral and written), attention to detail, and following up, in order to close deals - Work with relevant departments to assist in following up with any issues related to sales - Understand and retain information about sales projects (prices, payment terms, unit number and size, added-value potential, and facilities) - Handle unit report properly and ensure accuracy of information in the report - Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sale reports to the sales supervisor/manager - Follow policies and procedures of the company - Execute other sales-related duties as deemed necessary by the sales supervisor/manager
