I. DESCRIPTION OF MAJOR TASKS:
1. Overseeing receiving and dispatching procedures for shipments, ensure supplied stocks meet demand, not exceed or lack of stock, update stock records
2. Assigning workloads and daily tasks to Stock Controller & stock assistant
3. Monitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy
4. Ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained.
5. Training, and direct assistance of stock operations which include, but not limited to receiving, sorting, put away, picking, and inventory control.
6. Ensure that all procedures and best practices are consistently followed
7. Drive an efficient and motivated workforce by providing effective coaching, feedback, and encouragement
8. Maintain accurate inventory levels by leading regular physical counts with warehouse teams and reconcile discrepancies with the warehouse inventory system.
9. Ensure a culture of safety by enforcing safety standards and adhering to standard operating procedures
10. Measure and report KPIs and operational metrics to the Finance Manager on a weekly basis.
11. Oversees stock control processes, optimizes inventory management, implements stock policies, and ensures cost-effective stock usage
12. Maintain monthly currency stock report submit to line manager
13. Other task will assigned by direct manager
PROFESSIONAL TECHNICAL COMPETENCE
II. Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Attitude
1. Bachelor of business Accounting & Finance or related field
2. At least 4-6 years’ experience in supervision stock.
3. Knowledge of inventory management systems
4. Inventory forecasting and demand planning
5. Understanding of financial stock valuation and cost control
6. Able to develop and implement stock control policies
7. Knowledge of procurement processes
8. Good command in spoken and written English.
9. Able to work under pressure to meet deadline.
10. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
11. Decision making on time
12. Problem solving skill
13. Highly motivated with a genuine drive to succeed.
14. Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively.
15. Honest and High Commitment
